We are currently offering FREE contactless delivery at Team FTC practices on items that we have on-hand (items that do not begin with an *Asterisk). Or you are more than welcome to pick up items from our Gainesville, office.

All items that begin with an * Asterisk are printed on-demand from our supplier and shipped directly to you anywhere. You can purchase any of these items at any time.

Terms & Conditions: All items with an * Asterisk are printed on demand and will be shipped directly to you. Since these items are custom-made, there are no returns or exchanges for the wrong size. To ensure you are selecting the correct size, please reference the sizing chart which is in the product description for your convenience.

Fulfillment & Shipping times (for items that being with an *Asterisk): The estimated fulfillment time for apparel products is 2 to 7 business days. For non-apparel, the estimated fulfillment time is 2 to 5 business days. Once items have been fulfilled they will be shipped to you via the shipping method you chose during checkout. Once the order is complete you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking included.

Return & Refund Policy: If there is an error or defect with your order please contact us right away at angela.teamftc@gmail.com. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
