Join us as we prepare for the Tom Walker 5k & Half Marathon on November 7, 2021.
This 12-week promotional training program is designed for people of all abilities.
No running experience is needed and walkers are welcome!

TRAINING PROGRAM DETAILS
12-week individualized coaching plan conducive to your goals, delivered daily to your email via TrainingPeaks
3 coached group runs per week. (Runners can train independently if they cannot attend group runs)
Communication via email (once per week)
Tips on running form, diet, hydration and other related running topics
Great support and motivation from Coach Enoch & Team FTC
